Ray White Commercial Toowoomba was established in 1997 by John Smith and Gordon Bradley. Brian Hodges purchased the business in 2005 with both John and Gordon remaining on staff.

Ray White Commercial Toowoomba is the only real estate office in Toowoomba solely dedicated to the commercial and industrial real estate sectors.

Since our conception Ray White Commercial Toowoomba has shown consistently strong growth; culminating in 2006 when RWC Toowoomba was awarded the commercial team of the year at the International Ray White awards.

This is an outstanding achievement when considering the size of the international network as well as the various market sizes within the group. The office grew by more then 100% in 2006 settling in excess of $59 million dollars of commercial property throughout the year.

As part of the Ray White Group, we have access to the relationships generated by an 800 office network employing over 5,000 people with a sales turnover exceeding $2 billion every month. Our interoffice collective database exceeds 1.3 million people and our raywhite.com website generates over 65 million individual page viewings per year.
